Hire Sync is hiring Distribution Specialists for a well-established industrial distribution and warehouse operation in Richmond Heights, OH! With multiple shifts available, this is a great opportunity for experienced warehouse professionals looking for a stable, long-term position with a team-focused environment.
This is a hands-on warehouse position with a strong emphasis on operating powered industrial equipment. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who have experience with forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
What You’ll Do:- Accurately pick, pack, and process orders using warehouse systems and scanning technology.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming domestic, overseas, and inter-company shipments.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Assist with training and onboarding team members within designated warehouse areas.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Learn product lines and identification systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution teams to keep operations running efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Strong experience operating powered industrial equipment required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform basic math and accurately use warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and productivity.
- Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and frequently lift 50–70 pounds throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime or alternate schedules as needed.
- Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule.
- Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
- Additional 10% shift differential for the 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift.
