Position: U.S. Tax Manager with Leadership Experience

This role demands a minimum of 5 years in U.S. tax, specifically in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will excel in reviewing and preparing various U.S. tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065. Knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and Canadian tax legislation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of U.S. tax returns for clients

• Manage compliance with international tax reporting

• Review corporate tax returns for accuracy

• Mentor junior team members and foster growth

• Develop relationships with clients for effective service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of related tax experience

• Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred

• Experience with GoSystem software considered an asset

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
