You must be detail oriented with strong communication skills as you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with the preparation of month end activities including monthly reconciliations. From time to time, you will also assist with the preparation of the Accounting /Reporting of the Company's financial statements. As well, you will support the daily processing of invoices in the xFlow system, support A/R with reconciling retailer balances, and assist the Tax & Customs department with the clearing of goods entering the country and other ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of monthly Accounting reconciliations.
- Work with A/R and A/P to validate xFlow Invoices and reconcile receivables from subsidiaries and dealers.
- Assist with documentation and mapping of internal processes for Internal Control.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly government surveys requiring financial analysis.
- Assist in preparation of financial documents for internal and external auditors as needed.
- Perform ad hoc business cases and financial analysis on projects within the Accounting Department.
- University Degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
- 1 year accounting experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with superior communication skills.

The compensation range for this role is $47,000 - $49,000, with variations based on factors like experience, education and skills. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
