Position: BMW Group Financial Services Internship
Grow your accounting skills with the BMW Group as an Accounting Intern in Canada. This active role focuses on month-end closes and ledger reconciliations for financial accuracy.

As an intern under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, you will engage in essential accounting functions including journal entry preparation and general ledger reconciliations. Your input will also support audit processes and discover efficiency opportunities in the department. This hands-on experience emphasizes collaboration and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all month-end close accounting tasks

• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with IFRS

• Gather and prepare documentation for audits

• Collaborate with IT to resolve recurring accounting issues

• Support various accounting tasks including Accounts Payable functions

Requirements:

• Must be a recent graduate in a relevant field

• Familiarity with accounting software, including Tableau

• Experience with account preparation and analysis

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to recognize and streamline accounting processes
