Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and planning travel.

Prepare and edit letters, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and update documents and databases.

Assist with account analysis and reconciliation.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Assist with payroll processing.

Perform bank reconciliation.

Use Quick Books accounting software.

Required:

Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Quick Books accounting software.

Knowledge of account analysis, payroll processing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
