In this hybrid position, you will be integral to the accounts payable team, managing vendor invoices and auditing expense claims in accordance with established practices. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in accounts payable and familiarity with compliance and operational controls in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements
• Conduct audits for compliance with policies
• Handle AP transactions and documentation
• Resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare vendor reports and manage records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with vendor reconciliations and discrepancies
• Proficient in AP systems and advanced Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
