Your new role
• Process payroll transactions accurately and within established payroll deadlines
• Validate, review, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues promptly
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Support payrollpliance requirements and payroll-related controls
• Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to support payroll operations
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience supporting U.S. and/or Canadian payroll operations• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, andpliance requirements
• Experience auditing payroll data and reconciling payroll results
• Excellentmunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• PCP, FPC, or payroll certification is considered an asset.
