Amico is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills for this Junior Accounts Payable position. You'll be responsible for the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring smooth operations by verifying and matching invoices, running vendor payments, and resolving billing discrepancies. This role will interact directly with vendors to maintain financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and verify vendor invoices

• Process and reconcile credit card transactions

• Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors

• Prepare and review employee expense reports

• Assist Accounting Manager with additional duties

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Experience with SAP S4

HANA preferred

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience

• Accounting certificate/diploma required
