The Bookkeeper is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Ingaged's financial operations, from reconciliation to payroll support. You will manage various aspects of receivables and payables while fostering effective communication with both internal teams and external accountants, making your judgment essential in this role. Flexibility and adaptability are key as the finance function continues to develop in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reconciliations and oversee month-end closures

• Manage client invoicing and collections

• Process vendor bills and review expenses

• Aid in payroll processing through accurate record-keeping

• Update capital assets and inventory records

Requirements:

• Three or more years in bookkeeping or finance operations

• Competence in accounting software, especially Quick Books

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive in a changing environment

• Valid Ontario driver's license for local duties
