We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a very high level of confidentiality and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to retain and recall information effectively.
What you'll do- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Answer and screen phone calls; communicate professionally on behalf of executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Stay organized and ensure timely follow-up on pending items.
- Proactively bring ideas and suggestions to improve processes and support the team.
- Previous experience supporting executives or in a similar administrative role is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to retain information and manage details accurately.
- High level of trustworthiness and professionalism.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 75,000 CAD per year (Tidal Primary)
