Our reputable healthcare client in Richmond Hill is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate 3 week contract opportunity. This fully onsite position provides high-level administrative and organizational support to two Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs), with occasional travel to the Markham site for meetings.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Pay Rate: $30/hour.

Location:

Fully on site in Richmond Hill

Contract role: ASAP - January 23rd.

NOTE:

A Vulnerable Sector Check will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for two Associate Vice Presidents
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas; take and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Maintain and organize documentation and records
  • Draft, proofread, and edit letters, memos, presentations, and other business documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and provide project support as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in taking minutes and producing accurate, high-quality documentation
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a strong asset
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
