Shape the future of information management at Open Text as the Market Readiness Program Lead. Drive regional strategies with a focus on sales enablement and content governance.
In this role, you will oversee the execution of Market Readiness initiatives, aligning global strategies with regional sales goals. Your responsibilities include orchestrating offer launches and ensuring sellers have the tools and resources they need for success. By leveraging AI-driven insights, you will contribute to scalable programs that improve engagement and conversion rates among partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of Market Readiness programs
• Facilitate workshops and clinics for sales teams
• Manage localization of sales assets and content
• Gather field feedback to refine sales strategies
• Create dashboards to track performance metrics
Requirements:
• 5+ years in program management or product marketing
• Proven track record in scaling enablement programs
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and GTM planning
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools
