Be integral to the Ontario Line Project with HDR as a Construction Project Coordinator in Richmond Hill. You will coordinate an onsite team, ensuring effective implementation and communication throughout the project.

HDR seeks a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support the Transportation Construction Services team. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering two segmental bridges for the Don Valley Crossing project. Your responsibilities include managing technical professionals, daily logs, and project communications focused on high-standards construction observations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of specialized project-related administrative functions

• Oversee onsite inspections, ensuring accurate diaries

• Attend site walks for field observations

• Promote health and safety policy implementation

• Coordinate project meetings and prepare minutes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction project coordination experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
