What You’ll Do
As a Monitoring Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers by responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds, and coordinating with emergency services. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, follow established procedures, and help deliver peace of mind when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and accurately to alarm signals and incoming calls

Monitor security systems and video surveillance platforms

Coordinate and dispatch emergency services when required

Document events and maintain detailed records

Support customers and field technicians professionally and courteously

Work effectively in a team-oriented environment while remaining calm under pressure

Competitive hourly pay

Evening, night, and weekend shift premium of  $1.50/hour

Overtime pay at  1.5x or 2x  , depending on schedule

Statutory holiday pay at  1.5x  or the option to bank a paid day off

What We're Looking For
We're seeking bilingual (French/English) candidates who are dependable, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Fluency in both French and English

Availability to work days, evenings, or nights, including rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous call center, customer service, or security experience

Strong verbal communication and typing skills (25+ WPM)

Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously

Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions during potential emergency situations

Paid Training Provided
We provide a comprehensive  4 to 6 week paid training program  on a daytime schedule to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed for success in the role.

Pay Range: $22.95 - $31.91hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
