Academic Coach

Prep Academy Tutors Hamilton is a private in-home tutoring service dedicated to delivering flexible and personalized educational programs to our students. We specialize in all subject areas and cater to learners aged four to twenty. We are seeking an Academic Coach who will provide academic support to students based on their expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum. The Academic Coach will:

• Develop supplemental assignments to promote a deeper understanding of the material.
• Offer remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.
• Provide academic coaching to students

• You hold a registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
• You are qualified to teach in a Canadian Province/Territory outside of Ontario.
• You are qualified to teach in the United States.
• You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian university or college.
