Position: Mackenzie Health Registered ECE Role

This position requires you to plan and evaluate engaging activities that adhere to the Centre's philosophy, create a dynamic balance between quiet and active play, and develop a daily schedule that nurtures children's growth. Your experience will help facilitate each child’s expression and development through meaningful interactions and teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative educational programs

• Establish a daily routine with varied activities

• Prepare and organize learning materials for sessions

• Engage children through thoughtful dialogue and questions

• Employ diverse teaching techniques for effective learning

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

• OCECE Registered Member

• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

• Committed to maintaining safety and inclusivity
