Childventures Early Learning Academy is seeking a Centre Director to manage operations and implement the organization's strategic vision. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations to achieve excellence goals

• Communicate with children, families, and ministry personnel

• Provide leadership through training and coaching

• Safeguard health and wellness of all Centre members

• Build partnerships with community leaders

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree required

• RECE in good standing with relevant supervisory experience

• Childcare Management certificate is preferred

• Understanding of CCYEA standards and regulations

• Proven time management and personal organization skills
