Montessori Teacher Toddlers

As a Toddler Teacher, you will collaborate with the Head of Toddler/Children’s House to promote an educational experience that champions individual growth and potential. This role requires effective classroom management, nurturing student relationships, and working closely with families while adhering to Montessori principles. Participation in curriculum development meetings is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective and engaging learning experiences

• Maintain an inclusive and orderly classroom atmosphere

• Communicate student progress through reports and meetings

• Engage in collaborative planning with fellow educators

• Assess and adapt teaching strategies for individual student needs

Requirements:

• MACTE approved Montessori Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler)

• Bachelor’s degree and ECE Diploma an asset

• Experience working with young children

• Proven collaborative and professional work ethic

• Current First Aid and child welfare checks
