Lessons Associate Music Education

Become a key member of our team as a Lessons Associate in music education. Leverage your Mandarin language skills and musical knowledge to assist students and support the Lessons Coordinator effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for registering students, scheduling lessons, and managing several administrative tasks. You will also assist with payment processing and the organization of recitals, making your attention to detail crucial. Effective verbal communication will enhance your ability to relay messages among students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register students and schedule their lessons

• Answer phone inquiries and forward messages to teachers

• Process lesson payments and help with overdue account collections

• Assist in updating and maintaining student records

• Aid with the coordination of recitals and events

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication

• Minimum one year in instrumental music studies

• Basic knowledge of various musical instruments

• Availability for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
