TP-Link Canada is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on facilitating training programs like OCNA, VCSA, and Boot Camps while delivering technical support at selected events. Your expertise will help shape effective learning experiences catered to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OCNA & VCSA Certification Training

• Set up technical training equipment and troubleshoot

• Collaborate with internal teams for training curriculum updates

• Assist during key partner and trade events

• Gather partner insights and generate post-training analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or engineering

• Experience in training or instructional roles

• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills

• Networking hands-on experience with related technologies

• Professional interaction with customers and partners
