Position: Mechanical Estimator for High-Rise Projects
Join our team as a Mechanical Estimator specializing in ICI projects, managing significant budgets ranging from $5M to $35M.

Your role will focus on estimating plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Estimator to lead large-scale estimating efforts. In this position, you will prepare comprehensive cost estimates and analyze project specifications. With a strong foundation in mechanical systems and independent analysis, you will play a crucial role in pricing rooftop equipment and collaborating with subcontractors for project quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for mechanical systems installations

• Analyze specifications and project drawings thoroughly

• Conduct detailed take-offs for commercial and residential projects

• Manage pricing of rooftop units on a daily basis

• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating

• Strong knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal

• Experience with high-rise construction projects

• Familiarity with Autobid estimating software

• Solid understanding of Ontario building codes
