As part of La Rocca Creative Cakes, you will oversee engineering, maintenance, and reliability processes while reporting to the VP of Strategy and Innovation. This role entails developing and executing comprehensive maintenance plans and fostering a culture of innovation. Your leadership will enhance efficiency and project management efforts vital for the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of engineering strategies for growth

• Create best-in-class preventative maintenance plans

• Build a long-term engineering CAPEX plan

• Guide the maintenance team towards optimal equipment performance

• Collaborate with departments to solve technical challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in food sector

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

• Ability to mentor and guide team members
