Construction Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator

Be a pivotal part of construction success as a Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator.

Your role will focus on coordinating all activities related to mechanical and electrical systems throughout various project phases.

Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents, you will ensure compliance with project schedules and manage conflicts arising during installations. Your expertise will drive regular project reviews, lead quality control efforts, and facilitate the turnover process for smooth handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure construction drawings are conflict-free

• Plan and schedule mechanical/electrical components

• Prepare and review scope of work documentation

• Assist in project billing and cost monitoring

• Provide on-site guidance for MEP activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical projects

• Strong conflict resolution and planning skills

• Ability to conduct thorough project walkthroughs

• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance codes
