Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project distribution and staff supervision

• Review and execute project quality and budgets

• Lead business development initiatives for the division

• Communicate effectively with clients on project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required

• Registration as a P.Eng in Ontario necessary

• 8 years of relevant electrical design experience

• Familiar with industry standards like OESC and OBC

• Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving
