Join a leading Engineering Consulting Firm as a Hybrid Electrical Engineer (P.Eng Required). This full-time role involves project management, client communication, and team leadership to drive success.

The Intermediate Electrical Engineer will head the Electrical Engineering department, reporting directly to the Vice President. You will oversee project distribution, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules. Your leadership will also impact business development for the firm’s Residential Electrical division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute projects and allocate resources effectively

• Communicate with clients for scheduling and project implementation

• Collaborate with Team Leads to align project objectives

• Supervise and coach the Electrical team staff

• Provide forecasting reports for project planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Professional Engineer registration in Ontario

• 8 years of extensive electrical design experience

• Knowledge of OESC, IEEE, and NFPA standards

• Proficient in engineering calculations and report writing
