Join Mecatherm as a Product Support Engineer and be the first line of technical assistance for customers. Deliver effective remote support for MECATHERM and ABI equipment while boosting customer satisfaction.
In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional remote technical support. Your responsibilities will include solving technical problems, establishing alert-handling processes, and enhancing the MyMecatherm tool. The expertise you bring will significantly impact customer experience and equipment optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure performance consistency of control hubs
• Provide diagnostics through customer alerts remotely
• Create proactive health reports on production lines
• Conduct in-office health assessments for customers
• Assist in automation initiatives for retrofitting
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology
• At least 5 years of experience in the field
• Expert in SIEMENS and ROCKWELL tools
• Familiar with industrial networks and drives
• Skill to read and interpret technical schematics
