Position: Experienced Electrical Estimator Role
Make an impact as a Senior Electrical Estimator for industrial and commercial projects in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This on-site role demands keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multi-faceted proposals.

Seeking an individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction estimating, you will be instrumental in reviewing tender documents and providing strategic insights into cost analysis.

Your role will encompass developing bidding strategies that align with project goals while maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents for compliance

• Calculate labor hours, material costs, and project expenses

• Manage overall cost strategies from budgeting to construction

• Prepare breakout pricing and maintain software databases

• Support onboarding and training of new hires in the department

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant estimating experience

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Skilled in procurement procedures and project administration

• Experience with Blue Beam, Accubid, and similar software

• Strong administration and record-keeping skills
