Your role will focus on delivering technical assistance for MECATHERM and ABI equipment to optimize customer satisfaction remotely.
As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide exemplary remote support and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. Your key tasks will include problem-solving, setting up alert-handling protocols, and continuous enhancement of the MyMecatherm tool. Your expertise is essential for improving customer relations and enhancing equipment effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure control hub performance
• Analyze alerts and deliver remote diagnostics
• Prepare health reports for production line efficiency
• Carry out health assessments for customers in-office
• Support automation projects for retrofitting initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology
• Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
• Proficient in SIEMENS and ROCKWELL automation tools
• Knowledge of industrial networks and drive systems
• Capable of interpreting technical schematics
