Position: Engineering Role: Industrial Engineer Position
Elevate manufacturing efficiency as an Industrial Engineer with Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario. Drive process improvement initiatives while enhancing operational delivery.

As a part of the Engineering Team, your focus will be on maximizing throughput for high-precision optical systems. You will collaborate on automation efforts, conduct capacity analyses, and apply lean manufacturing techniques to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improvement through process and value-stream mapping

• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities

• Aid in strategic roadmaps for recent technology

• Optimize factory layouts to meet program needs

• Conduct feasibility studies and FMEA reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing setting

• Progressing towards P.Eng license

• Experience with high-mix production environments

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
