HDR is seeking an LNG Business Development Lead to spearhead business strategy and oversee financial and project performance. You will engage with regional leaders and technical teams to set annual goals and budget effectively. This role will focus on developing strong relationships with major clients in the Gas Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies for sustainable growth in the LNG market

• Manage projects and provide technical oversight

• Recruit and develop talent for LNG initiatives

• Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Engage in proposal reviews and client development activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience

• Strong understanding of the LNG industry's procurement processes

• Excellent negotiation and financial acumen

• Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and win contracts

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
