Project Development Specialist

Position: Project Development Specialist at Johnson Controls
Transform conceptual designs into operational realities with Johnson Controls as a Project Development Specialist. This role requires strong leadership in facility management and P3 project solutions.

You will develop innovative proposals for P3 projects, ensuring alignment with facility management requirements and budget constraints. Your expertise in operations and maintenance will guide project decisions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Leading a team of experts, you will handle complex project phases from initiation to financial closure, contributing to a compelling business case for service projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic solutions for P3 project execution

• Manage pricing processes in line with Performance Output Specifications

• Lead teams in creating operations plans and cost estimates

• Review RFP requirements and provide O&M insights

• Present solutions and ensure quality control of proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering; MBA preferred

• 10 years of experience in facility management or O&M

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Background with Central Utility or Combined Heat Plants

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
