As part of the high-end scanning R&D team, you will leverage your expertise in new product introductions within high-tech manufacturing. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, thrive in a collaborative environment, and drive successful product launches. Your contributions will ensure operational excellence while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project teams on new product development
• Define and evaluate manufacturing processes alongside R&D
• Manage design for manufacturability and efficiency
• Develop product transfer plans and engineering changes
• Document manufacturing and inspection processes accurately
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology
• Minimum of 3 years in high-tech manufacturing NPI
• Knowledge of design for manufacturability principles
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
