Why Join Tux Mat
Tux Mat is a founder-led company at an important stage of its development.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and COO, help build financial discipline and scalable processes, and have a meaningful influence on how the business operates and grows.
For a finance leader who enjoys building and partnering closely with leadership, this role offers meaningful scope, visibility, and the opportunity to help shape the company’s next phase.

Lead a timely, accurate monthly close process with clear variance analysis
Ensure integrity of financial statements and compliance with applicable accounting standards
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance as the business continues to scale
Operational & Manufacturing Finance
Deliver cost, margin, and working-capital analysis to support operational efficiency
Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to support cost discipline and efficiency initiatives
Support cash-flow management and working-capital optimization in a growing operating environment
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, including oversight of accounting and bookkeeping
Act as primary liaison with external auditors, advisors, banks, and financial institutions

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven ability to translate accounting and operational data into Power BI dashboards for leadership reporting
Strong familiarity with finance system data structures, connectors, and reporting automation
