Pay Range: From $120,000 annually

• The Manager, Cash & Treasury is responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s cash, banking, and treasury operations. As the sole treasury professional, this role owns daily liquidity visibility, bank account administration, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and debt monitoring.
• The role works closely with the VP and CFO to support a highly acquisitive business with complex trust and operating account structures.

• Cash & Liquidity Management Maintain daily oversight of cash balances across 100+ trust and operating bank accounts; provide consolidated cash balance updates to leadership 2–3 times per week; monitor daily banking activity to identify unusual or high-risk transactions; support bank account rationalization and consolidation initiatives.
• Bank Reconciliations & Controls Own and perform all bank reconciliations for trust and operating accounts; investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner; ensure strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation; act as the primary banking administrator (user access, entitlements, security).
• Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis Prepare and maintain a weekly rolling cash flow forecast; compare forecasts to daily balances and analyze variances; conduct cash sensitivity and scenario analysis (M&A activity, debt service, interest rates); partner with FP&A and Accounting to align forecasts with budgets.
• Debt & Treasury Strategy Support Work directly with the CFO on debt facility monitoring, covenant compliance, and upsizing requests; maintain debt schedules, interest calculations, and covenant tracking; liaise with lenders and banking partners as required.
• Banking & Trust Account Administration Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking relationships; manage bank account openings, closures, and required documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory, fiduciary, and trust accounting requirements; support external auditors and regulatory reviews related to cash and banking.

• 5–10+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance, preferably within financial services or insurance brokerage environments
• Proven experience managing a large volume of bank accounts, including trust and operating accounts
• Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, debt structures, and covenant compliance
• Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify anomalies in cash activity
• Strong communicator who can operate independently, take full ownership, and work confidently with senior leadership
