Located in Richmond Hill, this position involves close collaboration with cross-functional business leaders in critical areas such as Retail and HR. You will support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, alongside conducting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Your role will also involve generating insights through quantitative analysis and financial models, aimed at influencing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports on B2C operations

• Conduct month-end variance analysis against forecasts

• Build detailed financial models for performance analysis

• Partner with teams on financial forecasting improvements

• Identify areas for enhanced financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar

• CPA designation preferred; MBA advantageous

• 2-3 years in a financial analyst role with retail focus

• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SQL valued

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
