Position: Client-Focused Wealth Associate Role

In this position, you will assist with financial transactions, manage client files, and ensure timely communication. You will engage with clients, prepare reports, and uphold compliance regulations within the Wealth Management division. Your analytical skills and customer-oriented mindset will foster strong client partnerships.

• Assist investment advisors in superior customer service

• Conduct routine financial transactions efficiently

• Analyze and maintain up-to-date client files

• Organize client meeting schedules and agendas

• Maintain effective communication between clients and advisors

Requirements:

• Completed college or university diploma

• Minimum of two years in banking or financial services

• Completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
