Burke Financial, an established Ontario brokerage, seeks an analytical, detail-oriented individual to manage challenging mortgage files. This in-office, full-time position requires at least two years of experience in subprime underwriting and the capability to work under pressure. You will not only operate within lending guidelines but also contribute to client success directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and structure solutions for complex lending files

• Prepare clean, detailed underwriting submission packages

• Adjust to changing lender requirements while maintaining quality

• Work collaboratively with lenders and other stakeholders

• Protect compliance standards throughout all processes

Requirements:

• Must have active FSRA Level 2 Mortgage Agent License

• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage underwriting

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce

• Excellent stress management in high-volume settings
