At Q Engineering, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (Co-op) to support our HR team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR administration in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; professionalism with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ATS/HR software is an asset.

• Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
• Onboarding & Training: Help run orientations, prepare employee documents, and support training initiatives.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, assist with data entry, and prepare HR reports.
• Employee Engagement: Support culture initiatives, coordinate team events, and run feedback surveys.
• Policy & Compliance: Help keep HR policies up to date, track compliance, and assist with documentation.
• HR Communications: Draft internal emails/announcements and contribute to handbooks or guides.
