You are passionate about digital creation and have an endless pool of creative ideas, as well as the ability to turn these into strong concepts and designs. You question the status quo and are only satisfied until you have found a better solution.

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design and deliver wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces with the end user in mind
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user‑experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Take a user‑centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Create quick prototypes on-the-fly
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to write design specifications that are clear, lightweight and thorough. Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
• Basic visual design skills. You should be able to develop prototypes that look like finished, well‑polished software. This is not a visual design position, but basic skills in this area will go a long way

• Five or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in UX software such as Adobe Suite and Axure. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile‑first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user‑centered design and design thinking or human‑centered design process and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Work together on exciting and complex problems in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams together with developers, researchers, and product managers
• Providing the appropriate fidelity of the design based on time constraints
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
