We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Website Specialist to support and optimize our digital storefronts across marketplaces and our owned websites. This role is responsible for managing product listings, website merchandising, and on-site content to ensure customers can easily find, understand, and purchase our products.
You’ll play a hands-on role in day-to-day eCommerce execution, owning product detail pages, content updates, and merchandising standards across channels. The role includes hands-on CMS work, including light HTML and CSS updates to format content, improve page structure, and support SEO and conversion best practices. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to maintain accurate, consistent, and high-performing product content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Marketplace & Product Listing Management
- Create, edit, and maintain product listings across eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, and other marketplaces as needed.
- Ensure listings include accurate and compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, videos, and specifications.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and formatting standards across all channels.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure accuracy of SKU data, pricing, inventory, fitment, and shipping details.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, or content inconsistencies quickly.
- Own product detail pages (PDPs) on the website, ensuring they are optimized for clarity, conversion, and usability.
- Support website merchandising initiatives such as category organization, product sorting, featured collections, and promotional placements.
- Assist with website content updates, including banners, landing pages, and product-related messaging.
- Use basic HTML and CSS to format and improve product pages, content blocks, tables, and comparison sections within the CMS.
- Ensure product content is current, accurate, and aligned with campaign priorities.
- SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize product and category content using SEO best practices, including keywords, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Support ongoing SEO initiatives by improving on-page content quality and structure.
- Monitor search performance trends and recommend content updates to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Ensure content supports both organic search visibility and marketplace search algorithms.
- Platform Management & Syndication
- Ability to pull data and reports from an ERP to understand product and sales history and trends.
- Ensure real-time synchronization of product data, pricing, and inventory across systems.
- Assist with feed management, bulk uploads, and data audits as needed.
- Maintain clean, scalable product data to support growth into new channels and regions.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, and online content management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Big Commerce or similar platforms and major marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.).
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting, page layout adjustments, and CMS-based updates (no advanced development required).
- Experience working with page builders, theme customization, or reusable content sections in Shopify.
- Experience working with an ERP (SAP, Net Suite)
- Strong written English skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and eCommerce best practices.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and managing large product datasets.
- Understanding of mobile-first design and how content impacts conversion across devices.
