As a NOC Support Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment troubleshooting various systems while focusing on core policies.
Your role will involve improving processes, responding to alarms, and assisting customer-facing departments in understanding system impacts on customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support incident management through clear communication
• Monitor and maintain system availability continuously
• Document evolving processes and enhance workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer-impacting issues
• Analyze network problems and conduct troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-2 years in Operation Center support roles
• 2-3 years managing Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with wired, VPN, and Wi-Fi networking
