Position: EPIC Certified Applications Analyst Role

As a key member of the Clinical Informatics team, your role involves leveraging your expertise in EMR systems and clinical workflows to deliver exceptional support. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and support user queries regarding EMR

• Manage upgrades, testing, and system optimizations

• Develop and maintain training materials for staff

• Analyze operational needs and implement changes

• Communicate effectively with clinical and technical teams
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a health informatics or related field

• EPIC certification is mandatory

• At least 2 years of experience in hospital information systems

• Knowledge of virtual environment management

• Strong organizational and communication skills
