As the Customer Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include developing strategies for onboarding and managing services for clients using RISE with SAP, HANA Enterprise Cloud, and Cloud Application Services.
Your role is vital in aligning operations with customer goals through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan service delivery in line with client requirements
• Oversee daily project operations and support needs
• Address and de-escalate critical issues as they arise
• Boost customer satisfaction through account management
• Foster proactive customer relationships across engagements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
• Minimum 2 years in cloud customer-facing roles
• Proficient English communication skills
• Solid understanding of SAP cloud offerings
• Adaptability to international hybrid work settings
