Data Governance Consultant

Position: Data Governance Consultant Role
Drive data governance initiatives as a Security Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Purview and automation. Utilize Power Shell, Python, and KQL skills to enhance capabilities.

In this role, you will implement Microsoft Purview for effective data governance, classification, and compliance. Your responsibilities also include configuring Microsoft Defender and supporting Microsoft Sentinel for incident monitoring and response. Experience in scripting and Azure security is essential to excel in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Microsoft Purview for data management and compliance

• Develop scripts using Power Shell, Python, and KQL

• Configure Microsoft Defender suite for security management

• Deploy and support Microsoft Sentinel for incident response

• Build KQL queries, dashboards, and detection rules

Requirements:

• Microsoft Purview and coding experience mandatory

• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel preferred

• Experience in scripting (Power Shell, Python, KQL)

• Azure security and monitoring experience required

• Valid Security Clearance is essential
