Position: Manager of Privacy & Compliance at OpenText
Elevate customer assurance practices as a Manager of Privacy & Compliance with Open Text. This senior role focuses on enhancing regulatory posture while leading cross-functional partnerships.

As a Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in operational ownership of Security Governance and Sales Enablement functions. With a minimum of 10 years in IT and 5 years in leadership, you will ensure timely and effective responses to customer security inquiries. Your collaborative efforts with Sales, Legal, and Privacy teams will drive operational consistency and meet evolving regulatory demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of the Security & Privacy Sales Enablement team

• Establish quality standards for customer-facing engagements

• Manage escalations for high-risk customer inquiries

• Ensure compliance with DPA reviews and contractual obligations

• Own intake workflows and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in information security is a plus

• 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership

• Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks: DORA, NIS2

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
