Open Text seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join their accomplished team. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and technical aptitude to assist enterprise customers efficiently. You will resolve complex issues while collaborating with teams and contributing to knowledge management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries
• Communicate effectively via phone and email support
• Meet service delivery guidelines and performance indicators
• Learn quickly to solve customer-related challenges
• Collaborate with cross-product teams on technical issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a technical support role
• Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Windows OS and relational DBMS
• Experience in virtual environments or cloud technologies
• Strong desire for first-call resolution in customer support
