In this senior role, you will provide expert support for Open Text's Operations Service Management solutions. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate complex IT landscapes across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid settings. You'll also mentor team members, collaborate with Product Engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert level support on OSM solutions

• Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and integration issues

• Communicate effectively during high-impact situations

• Collaborate on defect investigations and product enhancements

• Create and improve knowledge base content

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' technical support experience

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Proficient in Linux and networking concepts

• Familiarity with enterprise databases and cloud environments

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
