Join a growing team as a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist focused on Microsoft technologies in Richmond Hill. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex software and hardware issues daily.
Our client is searching for a Desktop Support Specialist who can provide advanced IT assistance onsite five days a week. You will handle Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows support, ensure operational efficiency, and collaborate with users for effective IT resource utilization. This role emphasizes problem-solving and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues
• Support installation and configuration for enterprise applications
• Diagnose and fix hardware problems, including peripherals
• Offer on-site assistance for urgent support requests
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Tier 1 IT support
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to efficiently document technical issues
• Experience in healthcare tech is a plus
