Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support through various communication channels

• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues

• Create and maintain knowledge base content to share insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in technical support

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills

• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX operating systems

• Basic scripting experience preferred

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise databases
