Drive innovation in technical support at Open Text as a Principal Technical Support Specialist. Manage lab services and mentor a global team while crafting innovative solutions.
As a Principal Technical Support Specialist, you will be essential in maintaining and advancing our Global Technical Support Lab. With a focus on cloud technologies and infrastructure management, your leadership will enhance support capabilities globally. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer challenges while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for lab modernization and efficiency
• Act as an escalation point for complex lab issues
• Develop automation for lab provisioning and maintenance
• Create and enforce lab documentation and standards
• Facilitate global technical training and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years in systems administration or Dev Ops
• Strong skills in containerization and cloud operations
• Knowledge of major operating systems and identity services
• Expertise in automation tools such as Terraform
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
